The Vision of God's Economy, Moses Cho

Hello. I live in Fullerton, CA. I think it was God's great mercy that I came in contact with the ministry of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee. My family have been Presbyterians for many generations. In 1972, in that religious circle, it was strange to mention the word “salvation.” As a person from such a background I have received a blessing that I never could have imagined.

Now, to some extent, my eyes have been opened through the ministry of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee, and I can see God's eternal economy, plan, flowing throughout the whole Bible (Ephesians 1:9-10). According to His plan, God created a man and redeemed fallen man (Genesis 1:26; Ephesians 1:7). Then He sanctifies His redeemed and makes their inward being holy (Ephesians 1:4). These people are called the Church or the body of Christ in this age and the New Jerusalem in eternity. Therefore, God's economy is the building up of the body of Christ which is consummated in the New Jerusalem by dispensing His own life into His created and redeemed people.

When the final goal of our life is clear, we do not get lost. In the same way we must know the main stream and the final consummation in the Bible in order not to run aimlessly. I am certain that the main stream of the Bible is God's economy, and its final consummation is the New Jerusalem. Praise the Lord! He is building up the body of Christ and consummating the New Jerusalem upon this foundation of God's economy and through the enjoyment of the unsearchable riches of Christ (Ephesians 3:8; Revelation 21:2-3, 9-10).

Presently I am meeting with the local church with joy and security, enjoying the ministry of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee.
